Scholarships to participate in the Convention are available to participants who have had their abstract accepted.

The scholarship application includes:

• motivation statement
• your participation in the Convention, for example, hosting a parallel session, presenting a poster, or exhibiting your work and materials
• a letter of support from your institution

Scholarship applications are due by 31 August, 2023.

Scholarship applications are reviewed by the Convention co-hosts, scholarship recipients will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible after 31 August.
